Meet Our Team

Rhone McCall, MSM, Owner and President

Rhone has spent the past 15 years of her career working in the business side of the healthcare industry. Rhone was the co-founder of the Austin office of BrightStar Care, a premier home care and private-duty nursing agency. She worked closely with clients and their families to develop comprehensive care plans to ensure safety, wellness and independence. Prior to owning BrightStar, she owned and operated a hospice pharmacy in south Florida, providing medications and pharmacy services to patients at home and at many area assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. She holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in broadcast journalism and Spanish literature from Southern Methodist University, and earned her Master of Science in Management (MBA) from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Patience Buchanan, LMSW, Director of Care Management

Patience BuchananPatience has been helping individuals and families navigate healthcare and other systems for more than 15 years.  She received both a Bachelor of Science in Education degree and a Master of Science in Social Work degree from the University of Texas in Austin.  Patience worked in health and human services for the State of Texas for ten years.  She also has extensive experience as a case manager, skilled nursing admission and discharge planner and hospice social worker. Her forte is building trusting relationships with individuals and families facing decisions about health care needs. Her guiding principal is to enrich lives by connecting people to comprehensive support systems that promote successful living. She and her husband (and their spunky Sheltie) live in Dripping Springs.

Suzanne Oliver, LCSW, CSW-G, C-ASWCM, Founder/Clinical Director

Suzanne OliverSuzanne is passionate about helping aging adults and their families through life’s transitions. Experienced at managing geriatric cases throughout the country, she has expertise in international and multi-cultural family groups. Suzanne earned her Bachelor and Master of Science in social work degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a Certified Clinical Gerontologist, Certified Case Manager and Certified Mediator. Suzanne is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, National Care Planning Council and the Aging Life Care Association.

Claire Montgomery, Client Services Manager

Claire MontgomeryClaire works closely with our executive staff to provide quality services and effective coordination of care for all of our clients. As Client Services Manager, Claire is the senior communications liaison with family members and service providers. She oversees the duties and tasks performed by ProperCare staff, ensuring timely response, follow up and reporting. Claire’s organizational skills and attention to detail, along with her genuine concern for the family’s interests, ensure that each family’s priorities are appropriately addressed. Claire graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a minor in mathematics from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.

Lindsay Rosoff, LMSW, Geriatric Care Manager

Lindsay RosoffLindsay seeks to help older adults meet the challenges of aging with independence and dignity. While earning her Master of Science in social work degree at The University of Texas at Austin, Lindsay gained experience working with older adults and their families in a nursing home setting. She also provided counseling and support to individuals facing grief and loss at The Christi Center. Lindsay is a passionate volunteer and has worked with homebound older adults for five years. Lindsay received her bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Sarah Lawrence College and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.

 Kelly Grindinger, Director of Operations

unspecifiedKelly has spent the last 10 years as the Director of Operations for a residential care home for the elderly in Dallas. Kelly approached the resident’s care and care plans from a holistic perspective, working closely with home health, hospice, physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, and various therapy modalities. Kelly also worked directly with the families and the residents to perform assessments and to optimize care plans to augment the quality of life and daily activities, particularly for residents with dementia. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from University of North Texas. Kelly also serves on the Board of Directors for the Magdalen House and as the Development and Fundraising Chair since 2010.
