Suzanne Oliver, Proper Care’s founder, is passionate about helping aging adults and their families through life’s transitions. Experienced at managing geriatric cases throughout the country, she ensures services are provided with the highest qualifications and standards of care. Suzanne earned her Bachelor and Master of Science in Social Work degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. She currently serves as Health Care Delegate for the Texas Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers.

Jane Norwood, PhD, LMSW has a master degree and PhD in social work from the University of Texas at Austin.  Dr. Norwood has such an illustrious career behind her that she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. Prior to her work with Proper Care, Dr. Norwood’s most recent positions include: the Director of the Office of Policy and Innovation at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services; senior researcher at the Texas Department on Aging; and Director of Quality at the Texas Health Care Association. She provides extraordinary guidance in understanding long term care options.

Anna Finger, LMSW holds a bachelor degree in psychology from the University of Kansas and a master degree in social work from the University of Texas at Austin. Anna has garnered top recognition in our community as a specialist in geriatrics. Her expertise is in developing interventions for people with memory loss, and education for the caregivers of people with dementia. Previous to her social work career, Anna was a Project Coordinator for an international engineering firm. She is well equipped to handle the most complex case management needs.

Mary Lynn Marinucci, LMSW holds a master degree in social work from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from New York University. Her social work expertise includes counseling and case management for adults of all ages. Mary Lynn specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and drug and alcohol abuse, with a unique focus on life transition skills. Trained in the most current therapeutic techniques, including Problem Solving Therapy for depressed older adults, Mary Lynn brings a comprehensive clinical approach to our group.
